Seated Acupressure (On-Site) Massage is a short massage (20 to 30 minutes) given through the clothes, to a seated client, usually at the client’s workplace, shops, or events, “On-Site”. The sequence is based on a traditional form of Japanese acupressure massage called ANMA and SHIATSU. Working on some acupressure points improves energy flow throughout the body and benefits the muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems.

• Tense, aching muscles relax.

• Relieves minor aches and pains

• Increases the circulation to all parts of the body, especially to the back, neck, head 

• Soothes and balances the nervous system
