Seated Acupressure (On-Site) Massage is a short massage (20 to 30 minutes), given through the clothes, to a seated client, usually at the client’s workplace, shops, events, “On-Site”. The sequence is based on a traditional form of Japanese acupressure massage called ANMA and SHIATSU. Working on some of the acupressure points improves the flow of energy throughout the body and benefits muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems.
