Seated Acupressure (On-Site) Massage

1/5

Seated Acupressure (On-Site) Massage is a short massage (10 to 30 minutes), given through the clothes, to a seated client, usually at the client’s workplace, shops, events, “On-Site”. The sequence is based on a traditional form of Japanese acupressure massage called ANMA and SHIATSU. Working on some of the acupressure points improves the flow of energy throughout the body and benefits muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems.

The effect of Seated Acupressure may help with the following;

  • Promote a sense of well being

  • Tense, aching muscles relax.

  • Relieves minor aches and pains

  • Increases the circulation to all parts of the body, especially to the back, neck, head

  • Soothes and balances the nervous system

  • Encourage a state of “alert relaxation.”

  • Is an immediate stress buster!
