• Payment ideally should be made before the appointment via Direct Transfer, PayPal or Online to avoid touching card machines or money and not reduce the time for treatment.

• I offer discount payment for regular bookings and also provide concession fees for those who are entitled. Please let me know so that we can discuss those payments options before or after the treatment. 

• All consultation & consent forms that you need to complete are online and will be emailed beforehand. 

• Please read the information, which will be emailed to you the day before your visit. 

• Please wear easy to remove clothes for acupuncture or wear loose comfortable clothes for Shiatsu.

• Please bring your own blanket, towel or something to cover yourself as I cannot provide them with you at this time.

• It is recommended that you do not attend with an empty stomach (i.e  not having eaten that day) but try not to eat immediately before treatment either.
